Regrets and forewarned
Lived here 2yrs.Yr.2 rent increase by $50.00.Nothing fixed for ur living experience unless required by law.3weeks without heat/air refrigerator.A month of roaches and ants where pest control didn't address the issue for 2 weeks (I don't live like that so bought my own insect spray) Nowhere in rental agreement does it say if you're going to be gone for a week+ take ur vehicle she may decide to trim trees post a note you will know nothing about til u return only to have ur property towed at ur... expense without ever being contacted.Thats exactly what she did Rent here at your own risk to your property and peace of mind I can't wait to move out and put this nightmare behind me.Learn from my experience and rent elsewhere.U will be so glad u never bothered..
