Great for the Money

I moved here in August 2018 and I have to say that I have overall been really pleased with the property. There’s a variety of people who live here. With the utilities included, you can’t beat the price. This drew me here and will keep me here until my life circumstances need me to get a bigger place eventually. Honestly, I’m a single girl in mid 30’s and I feel safe walking the complex around and living here here alone. My only complaint is that I DO NOT feel safe walking around outside the… complex at night alone. I wish I could, but that was my sacrifice for the awesome price and included utilities.

Fantastic!

I moved here three and a half years ago and I've loved every moment. The leasing office staff are all super friendly, my packages have never been stolen (even when left outside my door), and everyone is generally really nice! Also the leasing office is open Saturdays and Sundays, which is super convenient. It's honestly a really nice, safe community that's a really good value. With utilities being included with rent, I've been able to run the A/C as much as I want during those harsh summer… months!

TThe reason I'm leaving is that I'm moving to a larger apartment. This place has been a great "bachelor pad", but it's time to move on for me. No complaints whatsoever. (And between us, the 7-eleven next door has saved my life!)

Bed Bugs

This building is infested with bed bugs. Everytime someone moves out, I start to see bed bugs. If you tell management, they will try to make you pay. Every week, you can find bed bug infested furniture near the dumpster and in the alley. You also find drug addicts near the dumpster daily. If you can, drive by during the week to see for yourself. The property is not gated. Parking is in an alley. My first year here my car, my car was burglarized. What did management do? Raised my rent. I hate it… here. Looking for a way out ASAP!

PLEASE STAY AWAY! RUN

Sure the grounds are nice and mgmnt is ok but if you want your car stolen, Windows broke out, tires ripped off keep parking in the parking lot Front and Back and NOT in your own garage that is IF you can stay on the long waiting list for a garage! Graffiti written on the walls, no security, hookers late at night. This place used to be a hotel for travelers that's why all utilities are free bcuz it's still being run like a cheap Motel/Hotel! They say they have cameras watching but they don't,… they are Dummy cameras and they hide the thefts by looking the other way and not addressing the issue! Do not live here it was the worst experience I've had and my neighbors! Especially at Xmas time cars really get stolen and broke into! You've been warned!

I love it

So I moved here a couple of months ago. So far so good. I been looking everywhere Trying to find an apartment that fits my budget . I went on apartments.com and I found something perfect for me. Love it . ????
