This Apartment is always improving. They Just installed new roofs to all the apartments. The Maintenance crew is always friendly and there in a flash if you need them. The apartments are renovated and well kept. The ladies in the office are always available and ready to help out the apartment community. Victoria is the Apartment Manager and she really makes everyone feel included and host events and book readings. They go above and beyond here. I have no complaints with rose pointe apartments.

One of the best places I lived in
The complex is amazing. I've lived here for 3 years and have no complaints. The neighbors are great, and the management is responsive and helpful. Victoria has always been nice and friendly. What I appreciate about this place is that it's surrounded by trees and flowers, making it enjoyable to take walks, especially if you have a dog. All the necessary stores are nearby, so I didn't have to use my car for groceries or food takeout. I never had any issues with parking, even when friends visited.... I lived in several apartments for the last 7 years and this is one of the few places where management really takes care of it.

Our new place to call home
My husband and I recently moved into the rose pointe apartments. Very well kept community. Nice neighbors and helpful staff. Special thanks to Ms Gutierrez who made the move in process easy and was always there to answer any questions we had.

No longer safe
This place used to be safe but recently, there’s a report of breaking into cars, homeless roaming around and even stealing catalytic converters.

Nice Apartment but Be Ready For Annual Rent Increase
Lived at Rose Pointe for 2 years.
Pros: 1. Overall quiet community 2. Have occasional community events 3. Free cookies and coffee in the club house every morning 4. Lawns are maintained 5. Fully staffed. So there is always someone in the office. 6. Location is great! Near restaurants, shops.
Cons: 1. High turn over rate due to annual rent increase - Doesn't really care about retaining tenants. Average of $80-$100 increase yearly without really any changes on your unit. Reason: they want to... be competitive with NEW apartments in the area which isn't really comparable. 2. Parking - they do have ample parking spots in the area but still a lot of illegally parked cars at night. 3. Security - they have a back gate near Harbor. Often, the gate is left open so anyone can just drive through it. There are some homeless people going through trash in the morning. 4. Speeding - watch out where you walk as there are some cars speeding through the community (due to reason #5) 5. Unruly "kids" - There are tenants who feel very privileged and park wherever they want even if it isn't theirs. 6. Smell of weed in some areas.
