BEST apartment in Orange county, HANDS down!!!

I LOVE Montclaire apartments! They are so GREAT!! The managers are fantastic, they care about the people who live there and they take GREAT care of the residents!! I cannot recommend them strong enough!! If i didn't own a home I would still be living at Montclaire!! It is no doubt the BEST place to live in Orange county!!!!

Best apartment around CSUF

As others said, there are many apartments around CSUF but none of them are really well managed.
Ths biggest difference here is because Penny and Shannon, they really care about the residents and they want to keep this community as good as possible.
Also, the maintenance staffs are among the best, too! They show up quickly and does the maintenance job professionally. I really love this quiet and safe community and trust me, you will find yourself loving this place, too.

Simply the best!

I’ve called Montclaire Home for about 2 1/2 years and they really are the best! It’s a clean, cozy, well-maintained property. Our apartment was recently renovated and it’s beautiful! The color scheme is light and bright. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of turnover with the tenants which speaks volumes of the property as a whole and to the staff. Penny and Shannon in the office are wonderful, they really care about the residents and our comfort. Any… concerns are quickly addressed. The maintenance staff is fantastic, too! They complete maintenence calls quickly and never leave a mess when they come in and out. Overall, we’re so, so happy to live at Montclair! 5-stars well earned!

Montclaire Apartments

I recently moved into the Montclaire Apartments in Fullerton and i am so happy here. The community is friendly and quiet, and also very family oriented. I attend Cal State Fullerton so it is a short walk to campus and that is nice as well. The apartments are family owned and very well maintained and staff is very helpful and kind. I love it here compared to other apartments in the area.
