Need a better manager
Bad managrment I live here for almost 10 years and the new manager Samia Alam is the worst manager ever.. First I left a note on the drop box asking for a work request to my unit. But she send a request to another one instead not paying attention to the letter. Was wondering why she did not reply so i called and said oh sorry i thought it was a different unit sndI already send a request for them which they did not ask for request.
Second, she send a maintenance guy to my unit they only did the... calking to the bathroom haha coz the guy said he brought a piece that too small. So he re chedule it again.
I keep on asking the manager when are they gonna ng back so i know if i nned to movemy stuff no reply.
She called at 10am telling me the maintenance is there. Then she compalin they cant do anything coz u have stuff in front of the tv.. is she joking. What a jerk. I told her how would i knw I need to move it if no one is letting me know they are coming to my unit. She failed to communicate with her maintenance people.
Tenants is not supposes to be communicating to them she should she is the manager. Her hib is to keep tenants live in a peaceful and clean environment.
Owner pay attention to ur manager. Please put a manager that knows what shes doing. That knows how to really MANAGE an apartment
