Always research before moving in!
Cons:
Cockroaches. The big American ones. This summer we would hear screams from the lady upstairs and she told us it was the cockroaches scaring her!
No management on-site (so when you call for an issue, there will be very little help! You're on your own).
Parking is a mess.
The entire complex is pitch black in the dark until 9.pm.
Pros:
Close to downtown fullerton

Price keeps going up.
When we first moved in things were not so bad. Decent space and pets are allowed. It's nice that it's close to downtown Fullerton. However we've been here for two years and the rent keeps increasing, so far by 90 dollars. They've done some cosmetic work on the outside but the inside could use some improvements if they really wanted to justify the rent increases. We are strongly considering looking elsewhere.
