Great for family
I have been living at The Bungalows apartments for the past year, and it has truly been a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, with spacious layouts and modern finishes. My unit has plenty of natural light, and ample storage space. It really feels like a home rather than just an apartment.

Not the greatest
When we first moved it 4 years ago, it was nice. Pool, exercise room, lounge with computers, play equipment for the kids, community garden. Now...well, not so much. They got rid of the community garden. The exercise room closes at 7 PM, so really no one who works normal hours can use it. The lounge is not open. The bottom section of the slide broke on the playground, so they blocked it off. There were complaints, so they just removed the bottom part of the slide. The pool is often cloudy and is... sometimes so bad it's closed. There's dog poop all over the grass. There aren't enough dumpsters, so trash is often overflowing onto the ground. They don't get rid of big furniture often enough, so it sits by the dumpster for weeks. One time, they closed the barbeque grills and didn't tell the tenants. And now, the rule is that you cannot have planters or any decorations outside your front door. They threw away out potted Christmas tree and other plants, as well as our Welcome sign. This is for "uniformity." Also, they have people blowing leaf blowers pretty often, right by your windows. It is by far the dustiest place I've ever lived. Oh, and we tried to pay using our bank's automatic bill pay service, where a check gets sent to them every month from the bank; they said they never got the checks, multiple times. So I dropped off a personal check in the mail slot. They lost that one. So now I have to personally hand them a check every month. As of now, they don't allow new tenants to have dogs, and you have to pay cat rent AND a cat deposit. All in all, not a terrible place to live--there are a lot of kids for your child to play with--but not worth the price.

Happy at home
We recently moved in and the guy in the office was nice. Made move in very easy. We like the washer and dryer and the big yard. My kids want to swim but its too cold. I would recommend this place. Does anyone know if there is referral fee. The last place i lived had one.
