I’ve really enjoyed living at Cocoon 63. Moving into a new place can be stressful, but the staff made the whole process easy and were always friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. The property is well maintained, clean, and feels safe, which was important to me when choosing a place to live.
One thing I appreciate is how responsive management is when something comes up. Any concerns I’ve had were addressed quickly, and it’s clear they care about the residents. The amenities are nice,... and I like that the community has a modern feel without feeling impersonal.
The location is also super convenient, with plenty of places to eat, shop, and get around easily. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here, and I would definitely recommend Cocoon 63 to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home.

We liked the apartment and applied because the rent price on the website and what the leasing manager told us matched. We paid the application fee, gave all our info, and even bought renters insurance. After all that, we saw the rent on the leasing agreement suddenly went up. No clear explanation!
When I questioned it, they said they’d check with the owner, but nothing was resolved. The next morning they just asked us to sign the lease anyway.
They claimed the owner was “changing” the lease... from 13 months with 1 month free to 12 months with 1 month free for our favor, but the website already showed 12 months with 1 month free. Isn’t it literally their job to know the price? That’s when it started to feel skeptical and misleading.
Total waste of time and money. The process was confusing and stressful, and it made us lose trust. We walked away, bad management like this is a huge red flag in the future.

Cocoon 63 delivered an unforgettable stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The space is beautifully designed—clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtful, from the cozy atmosphere to the high-quality amenities that made the experience feel truly special.
The location is perfect, and the environment is peaceful while still being close to everything you might need. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout my stay, which made... everything even better.
