Rats, roaches, and spiders
One time repair once they repair something next time they will charge a minimum $75 or more like clog drain, garbage disposal, stove, sink, tub, curtain, or electric outlet.

Manager rude controlling on how you leave an what you could have in your apartment.

Limit on how many people could live in the apartment 1 bed room 3 people

Outside grill always dirty cats climbing in an pooping inside and dog peeing everywhere outside and climbing on cars.
