Not a Roach Motel

I stayed here when it was a Motel and ran by a Manager that was beating tenants out of their money! I stay here now and the Manager Usami has modified and upgraded the property to an A1 living space. I have the high rise loft and I have not seen ONE ROACH!! Ive seen a daddy long leg lol but nothing more!

The pool shines clean, the gym is estine and my car is safe in our secured parking lot.

The only negative is that Gardena does not have rent control....but who can change the law!...

Roach Motel

They go up on rent every six months. They fixed outside, inside Roach Motel. The manager usami is a bully. She put people out for no reason. Manager on power trip. Roaches so bad, if you want to be ripped off. The rent was $850 1br. $750Single $650bachelor..They need to bag the building. Infested Roaches..

Super nice!

I didn't actually stay here, but I called asking about a walk-in. This is not an office number, it's the number of a staff member, so please don't call too late at night (like I did) and disturb them... Really kind and informative though, despite the untimely call!
