I've been living at the Villa Gardens for 3 years now and I wish I could afford to move out. For the last 3 weeks the entire building has been without gas. I have a family of 4 and its been a struggle feeding them every day. There are roaches and rodents and the garbage bins are filled to the brim and over flowing. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of tgese apartments.

This is the place to rent as this place is very close to supermarket, good restaurant Gr parks , schools and church.
This apartment so far is one of the clean and well maintained apartment complex. There is a clean swimming pool in a large common area with chairs and tables. Aside from this, there is also a clean restroom in this swimming pool common area. There is also a well equip gym.available to all tenants.

My studio has been very faithful from the moment I rented it. When I got married it became the perfect getaway from our busy lives. Even though it is a studio it has a lot of storage space with a hallway. The neighbors are great and believe or not our landlord is amazing. He gets things done quickly and has fully upgraded the complex. Once you step inside the complex it is like a mini resort because of the palm trees and flowers. I am completely in love with our studio.

I AM LIVING IN A ONE BEDROOM UNIT.
THE PARKING AREA HAS NO ROOF. EACH UNIT HAVE DESIGNATED PARKING.
IT HAS A GYM AND SWIMMING POOL. THE APARTMENT MANAGER IS VERY NICE AND ALSO THE IN HOUSE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE.
