Prado

We moved to Prado Apartments more than a month ago, coming from our house in Eagle Rock for 13 years. Being so used to an ultra private house and neighborhood with privacy plants surrounding the quiet neighborhood, living at Pradoapartments is not a shocking change at all. We only have neighbors across and. 1 on top. We're segregated on the sides so there's still privacy.There's a small patio with nice garden to enjoy the outdoor.

The storage system in the unit is excellent and so efficient.… Bathrooms are huge! I love that I don't have to maintain everything. Service is quick and very professional. I'm on a wheelchair and I bumped the bathroom vanity door to fall open on the first week and they came to repair the following day without charge . We have a brand new stove , washer/dryer and granite countertops.

My 8-year old daughter loves the heated pool, husband loves the gym. My 18- year old one and me can easily walk to Ralph's, Trader Joes and Walgreens. Prado apartments is a great complex. Lived here for a year. And still do. Rent is a little expensive but so is everywhere in LA. Love having my own washer and dryer. Maintenance is fast. And management doesn't bother you like some apartment complexes. The walls are a little thin and some neighbors have barking dogs that tend to get annoying when barking and it echoes into the courtyard. But the community is safe, it's in a extremely convenient location. Right by the freeway so it's a fast… commute to places and it's close to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, dispensaries, etc...it's clean and it's safe. I've been around in the renting department. Every time I learn something new in what to look for at the next place. Renting here, AZ and ND. Prado apartments fit my every need! Washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, fitness center, pool, pets.... TACO TUESDAYS! It's hard to upgrade from Prado apartments let alone the perfect safe location. In less than 1 month I called this place home. It's now the end of my 12months and in sad to leave. If I move back to Cali, I will definitely be back at Prado.
