WOW....what an amazing staff!!!

Such an AMAZING staff!!!! They answer the phone....you don't leave a message (during office hours). Everyone in their position with this company knows their job and they go over and above for their incoming customers. So glad we made the move....it was night and day from where she was living before. Can't wait for my daughter to have a great college experience!

Past resident experience

Had a great experience at Tropicana Gardens! Big shout-out to Linh as she's super kind and helpful. She always takes the time to share events or opportunities that help me connect with the community. The rest of the staff are great too, especially when they helped me get into my room after I forgot my keys a few times!

Great place to live

I visited Tropicana last summer to help with my sister's move in. The person we met at the front desk, Linh, was really friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the food is pretty good. I can see myself living here

Great Location + 24/7 Study Lounge

I toured Tropicana over the summer during my daughter’s move-in. The front desk staff, Linh, helped us a lot during the move in. I like that they have a 24/7 study lounge, and the location is great. One thing that would make Tropicana even better is including laundry in the rent.

Good experiences

The staff in Tropicana Gardens are very responsible and conscientious. In addition, the resident assistants and CAs, especially Linh, are very friendly and helpful. I am an international student and I feel welcome in this dorm.
