Mostly okay, a few complaints here or there but the staff are pretty helpful and fix most of the issues. Maintenance does tend to just barge in whenever they feel like it which is not okay, hence why I’m docking an extra star.

Pretty good honestly. Besides the maintenance requests they said they would be back to finish up the bathroom but never did but besides that everything has been good.

Somewhat overpriced, but it gets the job done. The bathroom wasn’t anywhere close to clean upon moving in, and several surfaces were collecting mold, but my roommate and I were able to clean the place up and make it work

Nice communal amenities but disappointing quality of apartment buildings. The apartment doors have issues with alignment and the cabinets are constantly damp. Additionally, the windows are always foggy and the blinds collapse when you look at them from the weight of the water.
The office staff are very helpful and friendly which is a highlight.

Breakpointe has lots of wonderful amenities for their residents to enjoy. I love the wide range of options provided, like the gym and study rooms. Another factor of living at breakpointe are its noisy and messy residents. Each morning I wake up to see new trash scattered across the floor, stairs, etc. At least one person at all times is blasting house music, and not the good mix it yourself real dj kind, the pre mixed weird kind. I wish they’d switch it up a bit, maybe that would be more... enjoyable.
