dont rent here
Dirty, dog urine everywhere, loud music, repairs take a long time to get fixed, manager is rarely on site.

Clean & Quite
I lived at Manor Pointe for 6 years. The manager Joseline is professional and makes repairs in timely manner. Would have stayed here longer, but moved out of state.

Nice place to stay
I like the property as it's well maintained and staff is very friendly. They handle my service requests in a timely manner.
The area is really good. I would recommend to rent here

RENTER BEWARE!
Don't move here at all unless you like living with roaches!! Also there is no parking and the street traffic is horrible. Loud music and arguing all the time. Dog poop as all over the side watch where you step. No A/C the apartment gets very hot in the summer.
