One bedroom and one bathroom. Rent includes ALL utilities, except cable/wifi. The apartment is heated with a pellet stove, tenants provide the pellets. Clean and move in ready. (one thing worth mentioning is that the ceilings are lower than normal) There is street parking only.
Requirements: One year lease and 100k renters liability insurance are required. Combined gross monthly income should be 3x the rent amount and credit score minimum of 680 per person applying. **we accept all forms of income** No pets or smoking.
