I’ve been living at this complex for about 2 months and it has been everything BUT a positive experience. From being told to park on the street OUTSIDE of the complex (which took about a month) in order to be assigned a parking spot, up until this horrible experience with the tainted water, this experience at the Dutton is not good at all.

My son & I have been living here since March or April of 2018. I love it here. Especially living on the 2nd floor where it is really bright in the unit. I never get to use any of the amenities here because of my mobility issues, but it does not matter, I love the fact that this community offers a lot of good perks. The only negative is no visitors parking which is quite unheard of!
