The Residences at Pacific City

I love this community! Been here for 3 months now and read several negative reviews before deciding to move here so I wanted to set the record straight. We’ve had no issues others have talked about. It’s an absolutely beautiful community with great staff and great residents. We haven’t had to use maintenance yet, but if their service is like the rest of the community, I’m sure it will be prompt and pleasant. I had one of the worst experiences of my life living at this place for one year, an employee of The Residences at Pacific City unlawfully entered my apartment with a key fob not sure what the intention was entering my home but I know it was not good I had to put all my body weight and power to shut the door back on him as he pushed back the door on me, it was all confirmed the employee admitted he entered unlawfully, this was so wrong and the management told me to file and insurance claim since… I was injured so I did that and they did nothing, said it would be handled internally and then the management did nothing I missed 3 days of work lost money and never felt safe there again, such a bad experience the location is the only thing nice about this place, turn over of unhappy tenants is unreal save your self misery and go somewhere else Read More

Been an awful experience starting from the day we moved in, managers Will do there best to comlicate every simple thing for you. Beware of being fooled by the glitz and glam you think that a place as beautiful as this is at least run by experienced management! WRONG. the type of renters here are loud, rude and some don’t even have jobs! Many complaints about crazy people driving fast in the parking garage where children and pets are there! Some neighbors are inconsiderate and we get daily emails… about complaints from other residents regarding noise after hours! But no one is bothered to care. Hear neighbors upstairs walking and noise from people being loud in common areas at all times of day. Lots of noise from delivery trucks at Pacific City. Not the high-income clientele you would expect mainly due to low-income units being rented out. Way too many people abuse the 2 guest limit so lots of people at pool and other common areas who do not live here.
