6. Renters Insurance - You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer renter's insurance.
7. A $45.00 (per applicant) processing fee, must accompany each application submitted.

This payment must also be in the form of certified funds. After your 1st month's payment, all future payments may be paid by personal check, electronic transfer, or online through your tenant portal (a 3% fee does apply for credit & debit card payments.
