Run!

Here’s my review because people deserve to know exactly what they’re walking into.

This complex has serious health and safety issues that management continues to ignore. There is a constant pest problem—fleas, gnats, crickets, cockroaches, and even rats. It’s not occasional, it’s ongoing.

The water is not drinkable, which is completely unacceptable anywhere, let alone in a place charging rent like this. On top of that, the washing machines are almost always broken, making basic living… unnecessarily difficult.

Even worse, there is black mold developing due to poor ventilation in the bathrooms. That’s not just an inconvenience—that’s a real health hazard. Instead of addressing the root problem, it’s either ignored or patched over.

This place is not being properly maintained, and residents are the ones paying the price. I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to think twice.

Great deal

These apartments are good price and they are nice. They always have maintenance to attend issues very quickly if there’s anything that breaks or needs fixing they are very friendly and the people from the office as well

Get Out

Don’t be fooled. This place seems nice and calm on the outside when you initially view the property but when you move in the problems start to add up from the inside out real fast. On moving day, I opened two drawers in the kitchen and it was completely full of rat droppings and pieces of wood from the pin board cabinets. The sliding doors in our bedrooms are peeling off because their rubbing, the bathtub’s paint and walls are also peeling (it’s coming out in layers too). The dumpsters are… always overflowing with garbage, and it flys everywhere! There’s always police activity; my two cars have been broken into and one had gas siphoned out!
Our neighbors car window was busted out just last night. This place is a joke and security drives by once at night. During the summer there’s an influx of insects such as water bugs, ants and mosquitos brought to you by the lovely estuary which also harbors homeless people and criminal activity.
