Pacific Ridge

I scheduled a move out inspection which they did not show up to. They admitted this was a mistake. Then after move out I was billed $1,250, for damage that was not there. I filed a dispute and was in contact for 8 months. They would say they would respond in a few days and the next thing I’d hear was a debt collection notice a month later. They eventually took off $600 of fees since they realized it was already damaged as noted in my move in form and there was no evidence. I am still not happy… with the bill I had to pay.

The only benefit of this apartment complex is its proximity to campus. Otherwise, it is awful. The apartments are infested with ants. Other bugs come in through the vents. It is noisy and the amenities constantly break down. While living there, my storage unit was burglarized, and the complex disclaimed any responsibility and did not even notify the policy of the crime. I have heard of other residents having disputes and suing the company that owns the complex repeatedly. And don't expect… any help from the staff -- they are remote and incompetent. Read More

We had the BEST experience with Alexis! She went above and beyond to be very accommodating, helpful and kind! The property is gorgeous with grounds immaculate and very well appointed. Our unit was spotless at move in and everything is kept so clean and beautiful! Thank you!!

PLEASE READ!! I do not normally write reviews, but this review is well deserved. My brother lived at Pacific Ridge for several years while in Law School and every time I would visit him, I felt like I was at a beautiful resort. The complex is extremely clean, the people that I encountered who lived there were very nice and the amenities are stunning. I have always thought about living at Pacific Ridge but wanted to do my fair share of research before applying to Pacific Ridge. I looked at over… 20 different apartments online and somehow, I always found myself ending up on the Pacific Ridge Website. The location of Pacific Ridge is prime, safe and the complex has everything I desire when calling a place home, especially an amazing pool and jacuzzi. Through my research of different apartments, Pacific Ridge by far had the best amenities, the most spacious apartments for the price and most importantly, I noticed through my research that Pacific Ridge has a security gate which made me feel even more comfortable with wanting to apply. Finally, after being tired of not finding an apartment that fits all my needs like Pacific Ridge does, I decided to reach out. I took a tour with a lady by the name of Alexis who showed me the entire complex and let me be the first to tell you that when you tour Pacific Ridge in person, you are going to fall in love!!
When you walk into these apartments, you will immediately notice that they are clean, very spacious, includes a washer and dryer and the appliances are all updated!! Alexis went above and beyond by showing me several units and honestly, I could live in any of them because each of them were unique and each one had everything, I was looking for in making this new apartment my home.

Before I started the application process, I had so many questions and Alexis replied to every single question in no time. I could tell that they cared about their residence which is a big plus for me when applying to a new apartment complex. Having a good and responsive management team is key in keeping your residence happy and satisfied. Alexis, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all the time you have spent in answering my questions so that I be satisfied and comfortable with my decision in applying to Pacific Ridge.
