everyone has a struggle but the strong ones will tell it
Its Not the best place but its home for me and my son who is 8months we moved here 8months ago yup that means when i got here i was pregnant and ready to deliver. we actually got a notice a month ago saying we need to leave in 60days i ask why and the property manager/landlord said its just not working out i ask what does that mean and no words so i called attorneys who will be willing to help me and they said by California law any landlord can kick you out with no explanation or reason one guy… actually help and told me something that was actually true he did hes research on this property and he mentioned to me they are kicking me out to raised the rent up and bring new people in i notice people were moving out one by one even the onsite manager had moved and a new on manager moved in it did seem strange i really didnt pay attention until now . This will help me pay a year off in my new place to focus on getting my business started and raise my son with less worries and less stress
