RUN don't walk

The entire courtyard smells like marijuana ! How do I know I'm glad you asked I use to live here during the HORRIFIC REMODELING for these new " luxurious" over priced new units. the locked building is always unlocked and unkept.Very very noisy as it is still under construction with the disrespectful workers who will play music LOUDLY on a daily basis. People smoke in their units even though this is a non smoking building ! I also hope you enjoy roaches as they run through the walls and are in... most units ( didn't have an issue before remodel) I was 16 days late on rent and evicted due to them wanting to remodel my unit and charge more.This review is true ! I am still upset however this place is a mess nothing is maintained inner plumbing is mickey moused and purely pretty for aesthetics the floors are uneven and the regular laundry facility is FILTHY ! THE MANAGEMENT company is sneaky and makes up rules as they go good luck though I genuinely hope you have a different experience than I did .
