RTI properties should be ashamed for the condition of this apartment building. So grateful I was blessed to move out a year ago. Being a germaphobe and having terrible allergies, I always kept my place super clean. Didn't matter how much I cleaned and cleaned when the entire building is a Roach motel. Termites present! Windows so old, no insulation. Unfortunately, roach problem got so bad didn't feel comfortable to invite people over in fear of a roach running across. The pest control they hire… can not get rid of the problem. Just spray and leave. They will no remedy the problem and have to just live with bugs. The grounds overall very dirty. Never saw the laundry room cleaned once the entire 2.5 years I lived there.
