Everything you need to know before you move in
Pros:
• New management is a big upgrade. Valeria and Ed are very helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Maintenance is fast—usually within 48 hours. Cleaning staff is highly active to keep property clean.
• They’re improving the property. New decor, updates, and resident events make it feel more cared for.
• Nice amenities. Gym and pool are great if you use them. Gym is one of the better ones I’ve seen.
• Friendly community. Most residents are polite and easy to talk to.
Cons:
•... Noise is a serious problem. You’ll hear everything above and below you. Sleep can be difficult, and even quiet music can trigger complaints. Zero soundproofing.
• Build quality is cheap. Floors, appliances, and finishes feel low-end for the price.
• Elevators are slow and sometimes down. Expect to wait, especially during busy times.
• Parking rules are inconsistent. Can’t park on ground floor where leasing office is, but some cars stay there for weeks with no issue. I got a warning after 48 hours.
• EV charging is limited both ground floor and reserved EV charging. Been on the waitlist a year, still no spot for reserved.
• Apartment numbers are confusing. First digit doesn’t match floor, which constantly throws off deliveries.
Bottom Line:
If you can tolerate noise or have quiet neighbors, it’s livable. Great staff and amenities, but poor construction holds it back.
