3 fire alarms breaches in 29 days

Moved in 5/19/26. 3 very loud false fire alarms in 29 days forcing full building evacuations: May 25 (2 AM), May 26, June 21. Management admits “breach in fire protection system” in writing. System still not fixed as of June 23. No proof of permanent repair. Not what I signed up for. Recommend looking elsewhere.

Our goal is to maintain a peaceful atmosphere and provide reliable communication, and we sincerely regret any discomfort you have experienced related to the fire alarms. This is certainly not the experience we would like our valued residents to have.... We want you to know that each of the alarm activations were legitimate and addressed promptly. The alarms on May 26 and June 23 were part of a system reset, and iContact email messages for each alarm activation were sent to all residents.
