Friendly and responsive management team

The new management team are friendly, welcoming, and responsive to any needs that arise. I have lived here several years with maintenance issues that I could not get resolved. Since Art took over managing all maintenance requests, my issues have been checked off. He works quickly without compromising the quality of his work. It is a welcome change to live here with an approachable staff and to know that any maintenance issues will be addressed in a timely manner.

Super Nice Management

I have been living here since 2015 and recently they had new management teams & they are amazing. Always clean up everyday and answer tenant's inquires very quickly.
Also, the apartment new manager, Cynthia is very kind and friendly & I am sure this spot is the one of the best apartment in La Crescenta.

Nice apartment

I raised my kids here for over 5years now
It is really nice place with swimming pool and basketball hoop.
