Terrible management

The apartments look nice enough, but the management is incredibly unresponsive. We called several times a week for months before our broken dishwasher was fixed. I don't think I've ever seen the clothes washer/dryer units all be operational at the same time. They said they'd send someone to check out mold issues in the apartment months ago and never did, and are now simply ignoring my attempts to contact them about it.
Whenever I've gone into the leasing office, folks have been polite, and I… have no complaints with the front-facing members of their staff, but these people are clearly doing the work of several individuals, and they should hire more staff.
Also a small complaint in comparison, but last I asked they still didn't have a way to collect payment online, which is just silly.

Terraces at La Jolla is such an Awesome place. My experience from the initial start to move in date was consistently a "10 rating". Through the processes I always felt valued and handled with geniune care. I feel lucky to find such an Awesome group and staff to provide my housing needs. I feel Greatful!!=)
