Think twice before you rent from this Place. The Manager Melinda don't care about you or anyone that resides in your home. All she cares about is hiding in the dark closed up office and not be bothered. They issues out parking permits... You are only allowed 1 care per 1 stuido/1 bedroom Apartment, 2 spaces is you live in a 2 bedroom, but if you walk around the unit there are a ton of cars without this permit. They allowed pet owners not to have their animals on a leash, and it OK to not clean… up after them. it is a non- smoking apt. but yet people are just smoking it up . it there's a problem or emergency can not get a hold of anyone. The management here is none existent with loud neighbors who are nearly going to fall through the roof one day how loud they stomp. People who smoke both cigarettes and marijuana when signs say no smoking on premises but ash trays are in hallways and by both elevators. People leaving dog poop everywhere and trash. Stained carpet floors, neighbors are rude, maintenance people are rude and stare a lot. Maintenance do half work and leaves equipment and trash in your house. Managment is unorganized… and unprofessional. Your lease will not mention the hidden fees. They ignore problems just like they ignore tenants. Nothing seems to be changing. The reviews for this place represents management, unfortunately. Even though this is La Mesa and it's a nice area these apartments are atrocious, seriously, may even look real nice on the outside but once you're in you'll probably regret it. I should've looked at the reviews first before I moved in. I can't wait until my lease is up. Good luck trying to call this place a home. Should be named Chateau Dog poop Hill. Dog poop every where, dog pee on every corner of the buildings. Daily noise level is horrendous, dogs barking, loud music plays until late night, tenants fighting constantly, ask La Mesa PD how many visits they make monthly to the property. High level of non-resident in and out traffic. Security is non-existent, door delivery package theft is a regular occurrence, shady individuals hanging in the parking lot late night. Don't do it.

Horrible place to live, transients rummage through trash bins all times hours of the day and night, vehicles are vandalized, and othet tenants fron other properties have gate to access property, also other tenants make noise different times of the night and when you complain to the onsite manager Patty she doesn't do anything about it. And if you ask to talk to her boss or the owner, she'll talk her way out of giving you the information. Save your hard earned money and look else where.
