I love The District. It seems well managed, clean and safe. However I have had several flood/water-related emergencies which involved the same bathroom being torn out, dried out, (at my electrical expense of running heat fans for several days,) and then put back together. They did a good job, but it was an inconvenience.

Great complex, very safe, gated and secured parking, responsive security, great maintenance crew and cleaning staff! Two well kept swimming pools and workout gyms. Very clean and safe complex with great fwy access.

I’ve been living here for about a year and a half and it has been a really great experience. The environment is very nice, and the staff team is professional and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, which makes it a wonderful place to live. I’m very happy to call this place home.
