I came to this complex because of the surrounding environment and for the quiet. The building was constructed to eliminate noise from neighboring apartments. Also, the service from the main office is always available.

Parking garage gate is broken freequently. Elevators are frequently down. It has been an inconvenience living at the district and for the rent to be that expensive it’s been an inconvenience. Multiple occasions maintenance or someone has come into my apartment without permission.

have a team member who is not well known go through the application process start to finish, but this team member has to be really busy all the time. like they have a job that requires them to work 60-70 hours a week 6 days a week so sunday is their only day off and have to work monday though saturday 4am till 5pm. but will randomly be able to show up in person around 12pm to 2pm.
getting a check from the bank is difficult and turning it in is also difficult given that constraint
Have them... showup to the leasing offfice around 1pm to try to comeplete portions that need to be completed inperson.
