Avoid this place
Please save yourself the trouble and do not move into this apartment complex.
The roach problem is severe and clearly not limited to one unit — the entire property appears to be infested. This is not an isolated issue; it’s a building-wide problem.
The internet service is extremely unreliable. It’s so poor that I regularly turn off the provided WiFi and rely on my 5G instead.
On top of that, the required add-on fees (internet, parking, and other mandatory charges) add up quickly. You will end... up paying significantly more than the advertised rent, which feels misleading.
Overall, this property is overpriced for the quality and conditions provided. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
