30+ day lease term only- fully furnished and equipped- $400 credit given per month towards gas & electricity, overages deducted from $3,000 security deposit- must complete application, including credit and rental history- 50% deposit in order to reserve dates, and balance due 60 days prior to first day of lease- no refunds given 60 days prior to rental term.
