How Is This Rating Determined?

Very unappropriate

Please do not rent at this apartment complex. I waited a whole month to see the studio and I’m from Fresno California. I drove in today September 5, 2000 2024 to look at the studio and Gabriella was unappropriate to assist me. I drove three hours to get there And I did not view the apartment at all.

It used to be great place

It used to be great place for living. Not any more. Management absolutely doesn't care about tenants needs. If something broke you have to wait for weeks or even months for repair or replacement. They don't inform tenants about electricity or water shutdown, broken water heater, and other problem and when are they going to be fix. So, if you live here - your are on your own.

park lafayette is the best apartments ever! there is amazing swimming pool and fantastic fitness center! I really recommend it

Park Lafayette

I am in the sunset of my life but young at heart. My neighbors are a mix of age and different cultures and I like that The apartments are clean and tastefully done right down to the faucets and door handles. The new pool area,with a bar-b-q and large T.V.was just completed and the tenants were treated to a great pool party. If we need anything the manager,Jennifer, and handyman, Ricky, are prompt and efficient. And good people. Life at the Park Lafayette is good.
