I love my apartment !

I’ve been living in this apartment for a year and a half, and it’s very comfortable. The pool feels like a resort, and the gym is spacious with a great selection of machines. The common areas are kept spotless thanks to daily cleaning. If any issues arise, they come to fix them right away; the management is solid, and the managers themselves are incredibly kind—Hernan, in particular, is always so helpful. It’s super close to the freeway and there’s a Trader Joe’s right on the property, so the… location is incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it!

Tranquil Oasis

This residence isn't just a home, it's an oasis! The grounds are pristine, which is all because of the amazing staff who are constantly hard at work maintaining it. Special acknowledgement for Adrian, Maricar, and Amanda. They are truly wonderful, committed individuals who are always a pleasure to interact with. There are more amenities than could possibly be listed in this post, also well-maintained. Secure, gated parking allows for the feeling of safety, while assigned slots guarantee your… space. Close to everything, convenient I-5 access, and a Trader Joe's within walking distance. What more could you want? I argue that it would be hard to find anything comparable to this lovely gem. Nothing is perfect, but Reata definitely sets a high standard of quality living. Without hesitation would recommend this haven.

Clean and Well maintained community

I’ve had a great experience here. The property is consistently clean and well-maintained, and you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything looking its best.

A special thank you to Maricar, one of the cleaning staff. She does an exceptional job and is very thorough. The common areas always look spotless after she’s been there, and her hard work definitely makes a positive difference. It’s nice to see someone who takes such pride in their work.

Overall, it’s a clean, pleasant place… to live, thanks in large part to the dedication of staff members like Maricar.
