Casa Del Mar Apartments

I live in this apartment and I have no complaints the manager is a nice person and the workers are very respectful and their on top of whatever you need in maintenance..I love to live here. And like always there’s a lot of haters I stay in this apartment still and I feel comfortable the apartment are clean and is a quiet place and they have a security at night..

It’s really quite and clean, management it’s always on top of everything, yes it’s rules but the manager explains before we move.
I like this community be cause rent it’s not that Spence, and it’s really nice living here, manager try her best to help us and whatever we need. Who like to live in a clean area and quiet place thi is casa Del Mar.

This Place isn’t for family’s who have children, the Management here is extremely Rude to my kids! Looks for reasons to Harass. Very uncomfortable at times. We have to live in our own home like we don’t exists! Kids can’t play outside, you can’t have guest in the pool or even yet at your own home. If I had known this place was like a Prison you had to pay to get in, I would have never moved there! The rules Change All the time..... it’s out of control!

It’s very quite! Now I know why! Very... clean! Now I know why! Anyone who changes that, the manger will kick out! So many people come and go from this place no wonder it’s a month to month lease.....

She's really helpful.

The new manager is so rude to all her tenants! Talks down to them as if they were doing her the favor of living there! She threatens people by saying that they will get evicted if it's something that she doesn't like! You will regret living here since all she does is watch what your every move!
