Tidewood is a wonderful place to live. It is convenient to the highways, the ferry and the smart train. The staff, including the office staff as well as the maintenance staff are excellent. The property has recently been renovated and is now beautiful. I think it is the best place in Marin to live!

Larkspur courts is a well-maintained apartment complex in a great location. Expect to pay higher than average rents. It's up to you to decide whether the landscaping, amenities, etc. Are worth the extra cost
