Lots of Mice

I have been here for five years and recently noticed that many tenants have had issues with Mice. Due to new management they have done nothing to exterminate the building which is crazy. I will be reporting them to the board of health.

The woes of new management.

I've lived here for 4 years, so one can imagine that I was very comfortable in this apartment. I appreciate living in the South Bay, and love being central to everything (ie: work, lax, shopping) The location, neighbors, and most importantly price were a fit. I was paying 1300 for this 2 bedroom apartment, until the building was sold & my rent was increased $350 ??. Yikes! These aren't luxury apartments with cool amenities. There are always tons of vacancies on both sides of the property since… the takeover. I also never had any problems doing laundry until new management came in. I have to deal with issues like machines stopping, and water temperatures not changing even when the cycle does. Despite having tons of cool memories from birthday parties to Christmas I simply cannot afford to stay here any longer. I'm looking to downsize into something more affordable in the near future. Which bring's me to Apartments.com.....
