This house was built for the Bixby Ranch workers in 1913. It is a craftsman bungalow. Originally a one bedroom, we have made the attic into a cute childrens... room and the back garage into a bonus room. We built a raised garden on the side surrounded by Malibu pebbles. Out back there is a gazebo with silk hangings, glass table and chairs. The kitchen I designed myself, as I was a professional chef. Lots of storage and counterspace. Newly repainted, and all repairs made. The house is in really really good condition. We even planted new flowers for the front. Only 300 feet from the elementary school, so verylilttle crime to speak of. ( doubled sentences if crime happens within 300 feet of an elementary school) We will accept ONE dog or One cat. Medium size max for dog, with deposit. Make sure your animals are house trained. There is a large Kashan Persian carpet in the living room. New Split air conditioning system. for air and heat. New cabinet in bathroom with granite tiles all around. Everything works and is in great repair.
