I am a current resident, and unfortunately my experience living here has declined significantly over time.

The biggest issue is the poor sound insulation between floors. You can hear nearly everything from upstairs neighbors, including footsteps, stomping, furniture being moved, and items being dropped. If you're sensitive to noise or work nontraditional hours, this is something to seriously consider before signing a lease.

The property's cleanliness has also declined. Hallways, stairwells,… elevators, and other common areas are often dirty. My floor has lingering odors, stained carpets, and they rarely appear to be vacuumed. The only time I've noticed any real urgency to clean is before visits from the regional manager. For the rent and fees residents pay, the level of maintenance does not reflect a luxury apartment community.

The biggest disappointment has been management. Noise and maintenance concerns have been reported, documented, and followed up on multiple times, yet meaningful action and communication have been lacking. I currently have an open email thread with both the building manager and regional manager regarding an ongoing issue and neither has bothered to follow up. Despite repeated follow ups, I have yet to receive an update or plan of action. Residents should not have to repeatedly chase management to have legitimate concerns addressed.

The location is excellent, but for how expensive it is to live here, the overall experience simply is not worth it in the long run. Poor sound insulation, inconsistent maintenance, and unresponsive management do not match the premium rents being charged.

I do want to end on a positive note. Daniel, who handles maintenance, is exceptional. He is reliable, professional, responsive, and consistently provides the level of service residents should expect. Read More
