Springdale West Apartments

As a previos tenant for almost a decade.
Springdale is where my kids grew up.
Good community ???? The units are in very good condition n clean .
Staff members are friendly n helpful. Every place have its ???? And ???? But this place is a very good place to called HOME.

These apartments are great if you are on section 8, HUD, or are on a low income budget. The price is very affordable, as it is based on your income. 2 bedrooms for us is currently $900/month. The reasons I docked off points are because there is a big cat issue here. However, if you enjoy cats then you will love the location. Also, it is nearby a train and I assume a sulfur mound because there is an unpleasant odor occasionally outside. During summers bugs are prevalent and we experience black... outs from overuse of power. But, as a plus you can request spraying and also purchase bug repellant bombs. The neighbors can be quite polite, but depending on where you are in the complex, they could be loud, rude, and inconsiderate. Sometimes you will see gang members and drug addicts from time to time but my advise would be to keep to yourself and avoid crowded areas.

Positives are the kid friendly programs that they have as well as the scholarship opportunities that they provide in the office. Kids receive free food, fun events, as well as gifts during the holidays. There is on site maintenance, provides landscaping, and a computer lab. The staff is very helpful and understanding.
