No response to maintenance, cockroaches too much, so mucb noises that disrupt your sleep
COCKROACHES ARE OUT IN THIS APT. This apt does NOT respond to maintenance request anymore. It's been a week since I requested that my towel rack is broken. I called them several times different days different times, they won't pick up.
Plus, this apt has so much NOISES that include upstair's crazy big dogs running, barking everywhere, and whining, upstair and nextdoor residents' literal snoring, outside company truck drivers' roaring engine EVERY morning and afternoon, babies yelling, running... all the time outside in a small area where you could literally hear ppl talking.
I have sent emails, text messages, and calls, they would ignore yet send you an email about how residents have a new way to pay monthly bill lmao.
In the beginning, when I requested about the ground being nasty, my socks would weep the dirt(?), they said they don't see any problem with it and dismissed me even after I showed them my socks and wiped the tissue in the ground to show the dark residue.
Oh, there are lots of COCKROACHES coming out from the bathroom tub.
To meet a leasing office worker which is inside the apt building, you need to get an appointment in short period of times like 4-5 hours. Some days, I don't think she comes to the office.
I am looking for a way to move out this place early. I cannot live here anymore. I am leaving this review hoping there may be changes made.

We would like to clarify a few of the concerns you raised and outline what has already been addressed, as well as what falls outside of our control.
Regarding the... towel rack, our Maintenance team has been experiencing a high volume of requests; however, this does not mean your concern has been ignored. Your work order is in the system, and Maintenance will be reminded to complete this repair. We appreciate your patience while they work through the queue.
We have not received any recent work orders reporting cockroaches or other pests in your unit. Because of this, no pest control work has been scheduled specifically for your apartment. If you are currently experiencing a pest issue, please submit a maintenance request through the resident portal so we can create a formal work order and have it addressed appropriately.
Your prior flooring concern was addressed promptly, and one of our supervising technicians was dispatched shortly after your request. Our records show that previous maintenance requests for your unit have also been completed in a timely manner and in accordance with our standards. Based on this, we do not find support for the claim that maintenance has been unresponsive to your unit’s needs.
Regarding noise and surrounding activity, some of the issues you mention involve general neighborhood noise and activity outside the property, including street noise and behavior in public areas. These are city and community matters that are unfortunately outside of our authority and control. We have taken your concerns seriously and have addressed, or are in the process of addressing, the items that fall within our responsibility as management. Certain conditions related to the broader neighborhood environment and normal multi-family living, however, cannot be eliminated and are not considered maintenance or management failures.
