With spacious units, you’ll have plenty of room for your whole living room and dining room set. All units have recently been remodeled with: hardwood plank vinyl flooring, sparkling quartz countertops, farmhouse style stainless steel sink as well as stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room and bedroom which is very refreshing to walk into after a hot day lounging by the pool!
Street parking only, pets will be considered with additional pet rent, trash and landscaping included, on-site laundry rooms, BBQ and pool with lounge chairs.

How Is This Rating Determined?

POOL AREA INDEFINITELY CLOSED

I have lived here for four months now, moving here from the East Coast so I was not able to view the apartment building in person. My tour was over Facetime where it was not mentioned to me that the courtyard/pool area was closed. Of course they advertise beautiful photos & videos of this amenity and it was the SOLE reason I chose to live here after countless hours of researching apartment communities in Long beach.

I continue to ask the manager when they plan to open this area asking for... detailed reasons (like a specific regulation in LA county needs to be lifted or a certain number of positive COVID cases) but he doesn't have an explanation. Recently said the owners will "possibly" open the courtyard area in the summer.

Just want to make sure prospective renters have the full scope before they choose to live here! We haven't received a reduction in rent or any courtesy letter from management/owners. I am happy with the location, but the price isn't worth it without the pool area.
