Horrible
Between people letting their ill cats mark every doorway, the crusty old patio furniture, the non functioning front gate, the filthy washing machines, and the incompetent owner, this is by far the worst place I have ever lived. The property manager truly does her best to help residents, but CWP and the owner are impossible. They did not disclose structural damage at time of lease signing and it’s been months since we received any communication about it. Construction just started, and no one can... park for 6 weeks. No communication, no solution offered. Truly the worst people running this place.
