So I have lived in my 3 Bedroom/2Bath apartment for about 10 months now and although it is absolutely gorgeous on the inside, from stainless steel appliances to huge bedrooms and mirror closets...there is still this one thing that makes living here a litle harder...the roaches. I am clean, my roommate who has a son is clean and we do everything in our power to keep the roaches out, but they always seem to come from some nick or cranny. It's especialy a problem since I love to cook and kitchen is... their favorite leaving area. Also, I would think since the place is located in Marina Del Rey, just two miles from the beach, that there would be less chance of us having to deal with this serious issue. Unfortunately maintenance isn't that great seeing as they feel everytime they come out to our apartment, they feel a need to charge us.So I am giving three stars for the beauty of the apartment and the nice, safe area but of course for justified reasons, this apartment loses two stars.
