poor condition and safety violations

Even thought the price of the apartment is good for the area, I was always coughing in the apartment. The coughing stopped the day I moved out. The building is a health hazard and there is no ventilation in the bathroom which is a health violation. After we moved out, we were charged unfairly for damages we did not cause to the apartment (caused by previous tenant) and was not returned our full deposit. We had let the landlord know of the damages and she never fixed them. When we move out it… comes out of our deposit? wow.
