Roddy de la Garza grew up inside real estate. Raised in a family brokerage spanning more than 50 years, he was measuring houses and hanging for-sale signs by the age of eight, learning early how homes, people, and decisions intersect. Since 2014, he has closed over 780 transactions totaling more than $400M in volume. His career spans real estate, media, publishing, technology, and entertainment, shaping an approach that treats home staging like set design and each sale like a film shoot, planned and executed with intention. Influenced by improv training and a background in film directing, Roddy believes clarity beats theater, and momentum beats perfection. He is known for naming and solving problems early and speaking up when something does not add up, not to create friction, but to save clients time, money, and unnecessary stress.
