Nearby amenities include Barnsdall Art Park, Square One Dining, Found Oyster Bar, Saffys, Melrose Cafe, nail salon and all of the restaurants on Hollywood Blvd.

Hidden Gem!
This place is absolutely iconic!! - 10/10
From the amazing price, leasing manager, garage parking, location and amenities. I am super grateful and happy to call this place my home.
I have been here for about 4ish months and I have no qualms nor complaints!

Poor
Roaches, several burglaries, poor upkeep in general. Managers onsite are ok, but the management office is hard to get in contact with for maintenance emergencies. It's like trying to reach an Hollywood executive and when you finally do, there is no empathy for you. I'd go with the "other" apartment if I were you.
