Horrible managers

The managers here are extremely strict and always seem to be making some kind of unreasonable demand. It feels like they are constantly looking for something to complain about or tell tenants to fix, even when it’s something that isn’t really a big deal. At the same time, the building itself is always having some type of issue, whether it’s problems with the water, maintenance, or something else that affects the tenants. It’s frustrating that management expects everything from the tenants to be… perfect when the building itself constantly has problems that don’t get fixed right away.

Very Rude and Unprofessional

I tried getting in touch with this property since they had first listed an apartment and never heard back for weeks. I called again and again trying to even see if the unit was still available. Finally, someone answered. She didn't give out her name and when she picked up the phone she said " *sigh* the unit is already rented." in an extremely rude manner. I simply apologized and said that it still said the unit was available on multiple websites and she replied "well its not." and hung up on me… before I even got a chance to say thanks for letting me know. I am glad I didn't end up renting from them since this is how they treat possible tenants.
