The ok side of a nice area
This apartment is located on the outskirts of Los Feliz. A lot of great things are close, but you'd have to brace the atrocious street parking this neighborhood has. The building is older and though they ascteticly update things, the pipes are old and bad, and your one lousy wall unit will not cool you off in the summer. Leeds jacks up the rent every year but is terrible about maintaining and updating. It is a good started place, but it quickly loses that once they raise the rent for the... third time. They also just send maintainance workers into your place without notifying you. I've woken up with strange men in my room saying they were sent to work on a pipe.
