HORRIBLE ! DO NOT LIVE HERE
This is the worst apartment i have ever lived in! I have lived here for a year and have had so many issues its ridiculous! The apartments are infested with bugs, the drains never work properly and the entire complex is disgusting! The entire complex constant smells like weed. And if you ever have the air conditioning on in the bedroom, it will bring the smell into your entire apartment. Not to mention the HORRIBLE landlord Lulu! She's so so rude and NEVER helps with anything. She will say she's... sending someone to fix the drains or something and they never show! Whenever there is an issue, like the parking gate won't open or the mailbox is broken, it takes her two days to fix it. This complex is also filled with mainly college students, and whenever ever there is a noise complaint, she does nothing to fix it, even if its 2am!
Oh and don't think your getting a good deal, there is random charges and expenses that come up out of nowhere, and they claim its in the lease! So if you decide to live here make sure to read the lease very carefully! The rent goes up after a year also. Theres so many issues with this place, you can find way better. DONT LIVE HERE IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE.
